MCC Ride to The Wave, Saturday 5^th December 2009

On Saturday 5 December 2009, ahead of the crucial UN climate summit in Copenhagen, tens of thousands of people from all walks of life will flow through the streets of London to demonstrate their support for a safe climate future for all, calling on world leaders to take urgent action to secure a fair international deal to stop global warming exceeding the danger threshold of 2 degrees C. MCC will be leading a bike ride from Wimbledon into London to join this peaceful demonstration. All cyclists in Merton are invited to join us!

· Meet MCC at 10.15 am on Wimbledon station forecourt, ready for 10.30am sharp departure

· Ensure your bike is in good nick and tyres are pumped hard

· Bring bike lights in case it's dark as we come back
